Based Collective: a closed community of founders. part-time cooking w mates. internal tools for the collective and any stuff else 🧑‍🍳 🧑‍🎨
kep: building now / soon open source. claude code and voice control for your mac. say it, and your mac does it. reads the screen like a person does, through the real buttons. types the authenticator code from your keychain, stops at a captcha or a button that pays and asks you. in general a faster claude cowork.
Timo: main build. an ai speech companion for kids who cannot talk yet or struggle to. still has active paying users.

How Timo started

built it for my brother: no ai experience. 48 hours. the first version for my brother shipped.
tested w kids: collected feedback. met a parent at an event. their kid could not speak. built an ai powered AAC feature.
seeked backed knowledge: speech therapists and special education teachers sat down with me and helped build the framework the ai runs on.
now it is becoming a game: combined everything into a game. play daily, talk w Timo and practice speech in a fun way.

Open source

swipefile: ads and competitor tracking dashboard. holds the business data in one place and is fully readable by an ai agent, so the analysis is not a human copy paste job. Why: i needed to see my own ads next to my competitors’ without opening nine tabs. fully readable by ai.
Dial: a layer on top of android that strips the phone down to what she actually uses and blocks the calls that took the money. simple on the surface, hostile to scammers underneath. Why: phone scammers took 21,000 EUR from my great grandmother, so i built a layer to block them.
keeper: a bench for culling and cropping a photo archive, on your own machine. mac and windows, no account, works offline. Why: built it in an evening because a shoot comes back as 1,768 frames and a site has sixteen holes.

kaladeliumiestelis.lt (kindergarten / part-time): i run their ads, keep the site alive, and fix any tech shi.
hardware, for fun (hacks i cooked): with zero hardware exp. cooked a sensor from scrappy parts 2 wearables read body data from 2 ppl and score how in sync they are.
competitive swimming (ssc swim club / 2018 to 2026): trained and raced until this year. stopped competing, still in the water.
juggling at events (on call / rare now): paid gigs, a lot of them. still take the odd one when someone asks.
